FAQs
Q1. Will you store or transmit our CCTV footage?
All AI processing is completed on-site in the edge box, and footage never leaves the data user's network. We only collect anonymized skeleton data, which is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Q2. Will you use our data to train AI models?
Training data is isolated. During the partnership, we will never use any footage to train models. Training is conducted solely with publicly available anonymized datasets.
Q3. Will faces be captured?
Faces are blurred and tagged with behavior labels. The AI only recognizes "fall/assistance gestures." Faces are instantly pixelated (mosaic), and no identifiable features are stored.
Q4. Will other areas be recorded?
We connect to the facility’s existing installed CCTV systems. Only the CCTV cameras designated by the facility for AI analysis will be used.
Q5. How should the notice be updated?
A notice with wording such as “AI Detection of Special Needs Behaviors” can be posted near the CCTV, in compliance with PCPD guidelines.
Q6. How is data handled after the partnership ends?
Upon automatic contract termination, all footage and skeleton data are permanently deleted within 7 days of the partnership ending.
Q7. How is the contract structured?
Standard DPA (Data Processing Agreement), clearly stating that we act only as the data processor and do not own the data.
